​How Do I Place An Order?

You can place an order straight from our shopping section.  If you have questions or need help just call or text 256-443-1731

Payment and Shipping

We process payments using PayPal. Doing so provides our customers with an extra layer of security and protection.  It also allows us to print shipping and ship orders faster.

We usually ship next day as long as the holster is already made.. If we are low on stock it may take up to three days.  We  work hard to try to keep stock built up, but sometimes  things get real busy and we may have to build it.

Custom Orders will be made and shipped within 7 days,  Usually a lot quicker.   But again sometimes we may get several custom orders the same day.  If it takes a little longer, please remember we are a small shop  and we are particular, sometimes things go wrong and we have to redo it.  Leather is unforgiving ... A mark cannot be undone...one mistake can mean starting over.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

We process our payments through PayPal.  If you would rather mail a money order or personal check.  We will work that way... but its going to be slower as we have to wait for the check to clear.  And we are unable to print shipping on orders that are not done through PayPal....  which means a trip to the post office.   You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal for the payment.

Returns & Refunds

Smile or Send it back in original condition within 60 days.  For complete refund.  If there is a problem with your order please call us 256-443-1731.

 

Privacy Policy

Southern Charm Holsters will never sell your personal information.  We may send you an email once in a while.  But we will not do it often if we do.   We believe in treating people the way we would like to be treated.
